About Marcus
I have 5 years of teaching experience in Japan and I've taught all ages from children to retired adults and I've covered all facets of English communication. I worked in multiple Japanese high schools, I've done business lessons for Volkswagen Japan and I've done private one-on-one conversation lessons with children and adults. I was consistently praised by Japanese teachers at schools and at companies I worked at for being extremely kind and good at what I do. The students always expressed how much fun my classes were and they felt at ease trying to using a language that they are unfamilar with. I understand it can be a stressful and scary experience, so I want to be there for you!

I'm all about whatever you need. I have experience teaching all ages on various components needed for English fluency. I can work together with you to determine what things you need to focus on and design a system that works for you. Some topics include conversation, writing, reading, grammar patterns, and vocabulary. I worked in public high schools for 5 years teaching English communication making me very patient and understanding, so I can provide a great environment for you to feel relaxed about asking questions and developing your speaking and communicating abilities.
