About Adeel
I am an amateur boxer who has competed in multiple bouts and represented both region and university. Have had over 8 years experience boxing and have recently started MMA too. Have led many classes and personal training before to help out which have all received positive feedback.

Whether you want to box to improve your fitness level or participate in a competition, I can help you reach your goals. I have competed in several bouts and can share my experience and strategies to put you ahead of your competitors.
