About Kaz
I am a qualified English teacher and have taught in schools and universities around the world. I specialise in working alongside learning differences (such as Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism) so this means I really understand how to tailor tuition to a person's needs. Being an Executive Function skill coach means that I have an understanding of the neuroscience behind healthy revision techniques and strategies for better focus and concentration. As a qualified yoga teacher, I have a mindful approach to tutoring. I can share simple self-regulatory behaviours and breathing exercises to help deal with stress and enhance emotional control.
