Hi, I’m Pooja Rawat – a certified Strength Coach and Nutritionist with over 8 years of experience helping people get leaner, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.
I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition—whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to break through a plateau. My coaching combines tailored strength training, science-backed nutrition, and mindset support to help you get sustainable results, not quick fixes.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from busy professionals to competitive athletes. My own journey as a bodybuilder and powerlifter gives me an edge in designing programs that are both challenging and effective, no matter your starting point.

I've been working with Pooja for around 5 months and have seen amazing results in this time. Pooja is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings.
After the Covid infection I lost quite a lot of weight, and I wanted to adopt a healthy lifestyle. She created a diet plan with a natural diet which mostly included home cooked meals (and things like sprouts etc. ), which made it very easy for me to follow. And I could easily see the gains in the period of 3-4 months.
I had never worked out seriously before, so she made working out very easy by starting slow, with easy to follow home workouts.
She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise.
