About Merye
I was born in Guatemala and moved to the United States. At the age of five. Every year I go back to my home country to indulge in my customs and share time with my family back home. I currently have a one-year-old who I am fully speaking to in Spanish as well as English and trying to raise her the same way I was raised. I live in waunakee Wi and work in Madison. I enjoy working with kiddos and teaching them new skills but also bonding with them in ways that helps them grow individually and allows them to feel confident in themselves.

I am fully aware that each kiddo has their own unique way of learning and as an experienced tutor one must try and adapt to each kids learning style.
I like to make every lesson different for kids, from arts and crafts to books, to possibly trying new foods from different Latin American countries to listening to a new song, to games that can be played to small fun projects.
