About Gabriel

- Experienced face-to-face and online tutor with 4 years of experience. - Completed Methods, Specialist, Chemistry, Psychology and Physics in VCE. - I am currently improving my math skills as I study maths in my computer science degree - Love teaching and helping people understand new concepts and ideas.

About the lesson

- I have 5 years of tutoring experience teaching over a dozen students ranging from grades 5 to grade 12 - I am very flexible with what I am teaching and can quickly tell if my student is not understanding and change my explanation method to help account for how different individuals learn - I always ensure students have a solid foundational understanding before moving on to more complex topics. - I can teach any level of maths up to Methods 3,4, including primary school - Can connect and create a comfortable environment for students - Most of my experience is in teaching maths, however, I can clearly explain high school-level physics, chemistry, psychology and creative writing. Thus allowing me to answer any question you/your child may have. (Also have a good understanding of how VCE works and ATAR is calculated)

Perfect! Gabriel has worked weekly with daughter since early year 11 2022, and in yr 12, 2023. Gabriel is bright, prepared, enthusiastic, prompt and reliable. He has helped my daughter be optimistic and persistent with her learning goals, and helped her explore alternate approaches. Gabriel has been great at being flexible, and to follow her needs rather than stick to a rigid agenda. It has been wonderful for her to have a similar aged person to learn from, and also to talk with someone with similar interests and ambitions. I have no hesitation recommending Gabriel as an outstanding tutor and mentor.
