About Ella
I am a Chemistry tutor with over four years of teaching experience and a BSc in Applied Chemistry. My main academic strength is electrochemistry and its role in energy storage and conversion. I enjoy teaching redox reactions and showing how electron transfer drives chemical processes. Batteries and fuel cells are key topics in my sessions.
I help students understand how these systems work from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Corrosion and its prevention are also covered in detail, especially for real-world applications. I regularly work with students interested in renewable energy technologies. Materials science and chemical engineering concepts are naturally integrated into my lessons.
My teaching style connects core chemistry to modern technological challenges. I encourage curiosity and critical thinking at every step. Learning is interactive and application-focused. Let’s explore the chemistry that powers our modern world together.

My teaching approach in Chemistry is relaxed, clear, and strongly focused on real applications. I teach school and university Chemistry with special attention to laboratory-based learning. Core areas include analytical chemistry, quantitative analysis, and instrumental methods used in modern labs. I place strong emphasis on spectroscopy such as NMR, IR, and UV-Vis.
Students also learn chromatography techniques including TLC, HPLC, and GC. I explain how instruments work and why the results matter. Theory is always linked to practical examples from lab work. This helps students feel confident when handling experiments and data.
I support learners who work with biological systems and chemical analysis. Step-by-step guidance is provided for calculations, interpretation, and error analysis. Sessions are supportive and interactive. The goal is not memorization but real understanding. Together, we make chemistry useful, meaningful, and directly connected to your laboratory success.
