About Caleb

I’m a singing tutor with over 6 years of teaching experience and a Licentiate of Music in Voice. I specialize in working with adult beginners, hobbyists, and those returning to singing after a long break. My goal is to create a welcoming, low-pressure environment where learning feels encouraging rather than intimidating. I focus on practical foundations such as breathwork, vocal relaxation, posture, and mindfulness in music. These tools help students find ease and confidence in their voice. I also work closely on tone development, guiding singers to discover their natural sound without strain. My teaching spans a variety of genres, including Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult styles. Lessons are shaped around the student’s interests, ensuring that singing feels both personal and enjoyable. I often encourage students to view singing as a form of self-care, a way to connect with creativity, and a pathway to building confidence. Every lesson is tailored to meet students where they are and help them grow at their own pace. Whether you’re starting fresh or restarting after years away, I’ll support you every step of the way. About the lesson

My teaching method for The Quartet Player and The Fiddler personas is rooted in building stage confidence and performance charisma. I focus on strengthening breath control, diction, and posture, because these are the pillars of powerful live delivery. Students are guided to understand the microphone as both a technical tool and a performance partner, learning placement, projection, and balance for clarity. To make stage presence natural, I introduce curated song choices that align with each student’s voice, personality, and story. These songs become the vehicle for exploring movement exercises that add authenticity and flow. Video feedback plays a central role, offering clear insights into body language, expressions, and audience connection. I also include stage presence drills designed to reduce nervous energy and transform it into magnetism. Through posture training, students learn to hold space with confidence. Short improvisation tasks help build spontaneity, while vocal stamina apps support endurance for demanding performances. Every step is meant to nurture self-belief. By combining technical skills with emotional expression, students grow into artists who don’t just sing but captivate. Ultimately, my method empowers them to shine with charisma and deliver unforgettable live performances.
