● I am a career program and project manager with 25 years’ experience in delivering large, complex projects ($20m+) and 100+ team sizes using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
● I have worked for 20 years in in three of the Big Four banks and three of the largest insurance organisations.
● I have worked across the complete project lifecycle - proposal, business case, governance, outsourcing, vendor/partner contract management, implementation, change management and benefit realisation.
● I have had repeated success in turning around underperforming projects/programs to deliver outstanding results though root cause analysis of underlying issues and stakeholder buy-in to achieve success.
