About Leo
I have been training Kyokushin Karate since I was 9 years old, and during that time have achieved 1st Mon (highest degree for students under 15) and then 4th Kyu (green belt; 4th degree (out of twelve) from black).
I have good knowledge in the field and have been an assistant instructor for both the children's and adult groups at my club for 4 years, and therefore have experience in teaching all ages.
I am committed, patient and flexible, and will actively work for you to achieve your goals.

My lessons will be tailored to you and your goals. I have trained full contact karate (Kyokushin) for 10 years, and during 4 of those years have also acted as an assistant instructor for both the children's and adult groups. I can therefore thoroughly teach Karate as a whole, but also specific parts within the area.
Whether you want to learn basic techniques, practical self-defense or simply develop physically, my lessons will help you achieve your goals.
My lessons are aimed at anyone over the age of 10, regardless of whether you are a beginner or have been training for a couple of years.
The training takes place at any location (even online if desired); if you don't have a particular preference, the training will take place at Dalens Outdoor Gym (Slottskogen), where we can also develop fitness and strength if desired.
