Biology is far more than rote memorization of terms because it is the story of how life functions at a mechanical level. I teach this subject because I want to strip away the confusion that keeps students from seeing the beauty in physiological systems. My 3 years of experience have allowed me to refine how I present complex topics like molecular biology and the nervous system to diverse learners.
