About Marlo
I am a direct and detail-oriented tutor who believes that statistical mastery stems from pure clarity. Math only made sense to me once someone slowed down and explained the why.
I hold a BSc in Pure Mathematics from Stanford University. Logic is everything.
This is my approach to teaching statistical inference, R for statistics, and regression analysis. I also focus on correlation, data interpretation, and p-values and significance. I enjoy helping people see the patterns in the data.

You will find that my approach to pacing and feedback centers entirely on your specific learning speed. I start by offering a free trial class to identify weak areas so that we do not waste time on concepts you already understand. My 8.0 point scale for tracking progress helps me refine our exam technique. Statistical models often appear intimidating due to their abstract nature.
I use my 11 years of experience to break these down into manageable, logical chunks. We look at R for statistics and data interpretation together.
This makes the session productive. By focusing on the exact mechanics of p-values and significance, you stop guessing and start calculating with precision. It is satisfying when the results finally align with the theory. This clarity makes the hard work feel enjoyable.
