About Mo
I have been baking since I was 5 years old. The first thing I made was lasagna. I then went on to graduate from South Tech Academy High School majoring in culinary arts. I mainly focused on the baking aspect of it. I have made many flan, cookies, cakes, pastries.

I can help anyone learn how to bake from a simple cookie to soufflé. Flan, pastries, cake decorating. Many people think that baking is easy and doesn't require much work. If you want to be a really good baker you have to put your heart and soul into it and have to be ready to get your hands dirty.
