About Sylvia
Adults often reach a plateau where self-study lacks direction. Having spent 13 years performing in NYC and on tour, I translate those lessons into piano instruction for intermediate learners and self-taught players. My method incorporates the BFA training I received at NYU Tisch School of the Arts to ensure your practice remains effective.
Throughout my 12 years of experience, I have supported 169 students in mastering scales, arpeggios, and ear training. I truly enjoy seeing how these technical skills clarify your musical thinking over time.
