About Rafael
"Technical drafting became my focus after I completed my M.Arch at University College Cork. Importing and exporting DWG or PDF files is where most beginners struggle, so I start there.
I have taught 259 students how to handle layers, coordinate systems, and isometric drawing with ease. Mastering keyboard-driven efficient drafting is essential for moving past basic model space and paper space limits. My instruction covers everything from title blocks to 3D modeling basics. "Efficiency is the primary goal because drafting should never feel like a chore. I demonstrate a specific workflow where we use coordinate systems to place objects with perfect precision. My M.Arch background informs how I explain measurement and inquiry tools during our 9 sessions. Every student receives a keyboard-shortcut cheatsheet for faster drafting to improve their output speed.
You will notice that my Autodesk certification ensures the methods we cover follow current industry standards. We spend time refining your title blocks and sheet setup to ensure professional results. It is quite rewarding to see your drawings come together cleanly. I think you will find the logical flow of these sessions very easy to follow."
