"Securing a 99+ ATAR provided the foundation for my entry into the Doctor of Medicine program at the University of Queensland. I have spent 4 years teaching students who need rigorous academic support.
Working with adult learners returning to science allows me to see how different age groups process biological concepts. "Sometimes the hardest part of learning biology is realizing that you do not actually understand an enzyme mechanism until you try to explain it out loud. I spend the first part of our time together identifying your specific gaps in knowledge.
We then move into a structured walkthrough of complex topics like lab report writing or microbiology. I focus on breaking down dense content into manageable pieces for every student.
