About Rick
I am a post-secondary instructor teaching aviation and electrical systems, where I work with students from diverse academic backgrounds, many with limited math foundations. My strength lies in simplifying complex concepts into clear, logical steps using real-world applications. Rather than relying on memorization, I train students to understand how systems work and approach problems with structured thinking. I adapt quickly to different learning styles and focus on building confidence alongside competence. My experience allows me to bridge theory and application, helping students not only solve problems but also understand why solutions work, preparing them to handle unfamiliar challenges independently.
