About Christian
I am a first year student studying physics at MIT. I will tailor my lessons to students of any level to help them reach that top grade. Success in STEM does not have to be a challenge or a chore. My lessons will build up an intuition in the student usually overlooked in school with their large classes, and I look to instill a fascination for these subjects in my students.
For students who aren't keen on these subjects, simply aquiring an interest in them will dramtically improve their marks, which I believe I can achieve. For the students who are comfortable in these subjects but want to be absolutely certain they get that top grade, I can guarantee success too. I maintain that, especially at higher levels, rote memory is never the way to learn. Finding a way of thinking that makes you feel the understanding works wonders and can even be the key to success. That is something you can only get from individual, personalised lessons.
My lessons are completely flexible. Whether you want me to cover topics of your choice or of my choosing, whether you want consolidation strictly with what's on the syllabus or go far beyond it, you have that freedom. Within just the first lesson I will know the level that the sudent is at and where they intend to be, and every step of the way I will ensure that the student has the best possible understanding of the material covered.
Qualifications: 11A* at GCSE including: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
4A* at A Level: Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry
