About Sarah
I am currently a Year 12 student studying English Extension 1. I am familiar with the NESA English curriculum during junior years and also know what high school teachers look for in analytical essays. English is currently one of my best subjects at school, and I'm hoping that I can inspire more students to enjoy it as much as I do :)

Looking for an English tutor to help you through junior years of high school? Ready to prepare for your English standard/advanced HSC courses? Then look no further! These lessons will provide you with techniques on how to tackle stressful essay or analytical writing tasks and allow you to get familiar with: - analyzing multiple forms of texts efficiently. - constructing thesis statements and cohesive essays. - identifying different literary and rhetoric techniques. - writing under time pressure. Lessons will usually run for 1 hour OR 1 hour and 30 minutes. Each lesson will look at different texts (poetry, book extracts, articles etc.) according to your level of comprehension, and practice exam-style questions will be done accordingly. Personalised homework tasks will be provided after each lesson, and any feedback will also be handed back the following lesson.
