About Timur
I am a software engineer focused on backend systems, applied AI, and data-driven tools, with an academic background in molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Bioinformatics and contributing to a TÜBİTAK 1001-funded research project on Alzheimer’s disease subtype prediction using transcriptomic data and deep learning. I am also involved in an early-stage startup, where I work on APIs, data workflows, and AI-powered product features. As a tutor, I enjoy explaining technical topics in a clear and practical way. My goal is to help students understand the logic behind programming, build confidence through practice, and learn how to approach problems independently.

My Python lessons are suitable for all levels and can be adapted for general programming, data science, or machine learning. I also offer beginner-level lessons in C and R. I am patient, enjoy teaching, and encourage learning through trial and error. My goal is to help you understand the logic behind each topic, write cleaner code, and develop good software engineering habits.
