About Anthony

My name is Anthony Arsenault, I am a career IT professional. I started in a small local IT shop, running low voltage cable, setting up networks and servers for small businesses, and even installing home theater and security systems. I dropped out of college one semester before my AS due to working so much in an IT field that I didn't see the need to finish. I have learned more from working in the field and having mentors and managers along the way than I would have ever learned in school. I believe that if you have someone who wants you to succeed, who wants you to learn, and who truly wants to help you understand information. Then that is exactly what you will do. Let me be that someone!

About the lesson

I cannot tell you how to learn, BUT, I can teach you how to troubleshoot! From building your first PC, fixing an error on your computer, keeping your PC clean and safe from viruses and unwanted data mining. I teach overall understandings of subjects so my students can find their way through any issue even if we haven't gone over a specific problem. They will have the confidence to troubleshoot and solve the issue on their own. Computers are getting more and more complicated with more and more security risk. I want to be a practical answer to many people's questions about this growing technical world.
