We as a business Willy's Ice Cream have known Ben since he was 17 nearly 3 years now. He came to us for a job at 17 having just passed his driving test. He has worked all the summer seasons since. We find Ben to be a very reliable, honest and helpful young person. He is pleasant to have around always with a smile on his face and is always one of the first to offer extra help with any additional work or help needed in the business. We can rely on him to turn up for work when scheduled and on time and do his job very well and be a good representative of the business when customer facing. I think Ben would make a wonderful, kind and considerate tutor.
