About Yazan
Hi! I’m a 21-year-old Medical Student currently studying at St George’s, University of London. I also have a 2-1 Honours in Biomedical Sciences. I’ve always had a genuine curiosity for how the body works, which naturally led me to develop interests in medical biology, pure maths, and organic chemistry. These subjects are the foundation of the way I think — I enjoy breaking things down clearly, logically, and in a way that actually makes sense.

I teach in a very interactive and supportive way, focusing on making sure students truly understand the material rather than simply memorising it. I break down complex ideas into simple steps, and I always check in to ensure everything is clear before moving on. My lessons are typically 1 to 1.5 hours long, depending on what suits the student best. I tutor A-Level Maths, GCSE Maths and Science, as well as lower levels, and I tailor each lesson to the student’s pace and goals. I’m also happy to support students who are interested in applying to Medicine — whether that’s refining a personal statement, preparing for the UCAT, or practising for medical school interviews (including MMIs). Having been through the process myself, I know how helpful guidance and confidence-building can be. If you’re looking for tutoring that is patient, structured, and focused on real understanding, I’d love to help.
