About Sol
Having been in education for 19 years, I achieved B's and above at GCSE, a 2:1 in Law from Cardiff University and have recently received a Distinction in Law in my Masters. I also work as a Paralegal meaning my ability to communicate and convey information is a massive strength of mine.
I love all sports! I am Bath Rugby and Chelsea football fan (don't let that put you off!) and love following cricket. In my spare time I surf, hike and go to the gym. I am also in a four-piece indie rock band.
As previously mentioned, both my parents are teachers so I am very aware of the effort that is required to effectively convey information and to teach to a high standard.

Having been brought up by two teachers, I can offer a varied and thorough approach to teaching. I normally split the hour lesson into 4 segments, the introduction followed the learning objectives of what we will cover in the session, moving on to the main body of material that includes a range of different methods such as powerpoints, interactive learning and cooperative learning. Finally, at the end, there is normally a quiz-type activity to assess how well the student has taken onboard the new material.
I have previous experience as a tutor throughout my A Levels where I taught Geography and Philosophy to GCSE students, who all went on to achieve a B and above.
I am more than happy to teach any age at any level for how ever long you require my tutoring for!Looking forward to getting started.
