About Jack

I’m currently a student in year 13 A Level. I gained a level 8 in GCSE maths, and have been doing private tutoring sessions since the end of 2019, working with 4 different students from then until the present day.

I like to have an interactive approach to teaching involving students thoroughly throughout the session rather than setting off tasks to do independently. I like to show methods first and go through a couple of questions to explain different topics, and then allow the student to begin to attempt them with less and less help from me until they understand the topic themselves.
