Alfie taught me guitar and musical theory last year whilst I was at university. His lessons were very fun but he was also incredibly patient with me. Alfie taught me guitar for around six months last year - he quickly brought me up to speed with all the basic chords and strumming patterns. Then was able to teach me plucking and sight-reading Tabs and chords so that I can independently play now. He is a brilliant teacher, patient when I kept getting it wrong but also very enthusiastic - motivating me when I need it. His lessons were very engaging and clear with a level of understanding that I’d have expected from a professional teacher. He is also understanding with lesson cancellations and rearranging - very very flexible. Overall he was one of the best teachers I’ve met and certainly a very professional guitar play and teacher - highly recommend!!!
