About Poulomi
I have taught a young Kannidiga boy. He was notorious and even after being in 6th standard he didn't know the spelling of "Bat". So it took me real patience to teach him.
I would hence be helping students who are facing difficulties to frame sentences. Not the ones who still need to be in kinder-garden.

My methods will be total interactive. The student will discuss his/her troubles and I will rationally help with whatever I can.
I will take one student at a time. My focus is to help people grow. With too many students the children often feel pressurized to act a certain way. Bullying and name calling becomes very prevalent. I want my students be free to clear their doubts and I want to maximize their talents by individual support.
