I am a student at Hunter College. I have been tutoring for five years. I have tutored two students. Both of the kids I worked with found themselves with increased grade averages as well as a variety of studying strategies for them to use as they continue their educational journies.

I approach each lesson on the student's terms. I discuss the general subject with the student until I am able to identify what part of the general subject they are interested in. From there, I connect the material the student likes to the assignment in order to get the student to feel more connected to the assignment and to enjoy the work.
