About Ben
I live in the South East with my partner, two children and our dogs. I work in London and I’m studying, part time, at Cumbria University. My work involves working with senior executives and organisations across the UK to build their capacity to prepare for, and respond to, major crisis. I have a Masters Degree and PGCert in Education and Training, and professional coaching qualifications. I’m also an Advisor to the Board of Trustees of a large charity, sailor, and adventure travel enthusiast.
I enjoy coaching and mentoring those starting out in the career, as I find it very rewarding and normally learn from the process.

Step 1: Let’s have an informal conversation about what you want to achieve and whether I’m the right person to help you. This normally takes between 15-30 mins and helps us both understand your objectives and we can agree a plan going forward. This is FREE!
Step 2: We will only move to step 2 if we’re both in agreement and committed to work collaboratively. Step 2 will involve some work, and can be challenging, but is the fun bit! It’ll involve us working together to clearly define your goals - be it work, career, personal, or a mix - and identify steps we need to take to get there. Step 2 normally involves between 4-6 45 min conversations, either in person or virtually.
Step 3: Celebrate our success, and review next steps!
