About Sarah
ABOUT ME:
Hello, my name is Sarah and I am currently a student at the University of York. What I really enjoy about my degree is learning about the complexity of the human body and its processes. As well as, the human element involved because all of these processes and how they may go awry translates into our day to day lives and affects real people.
I have been through the exam system so I can appreciate how difficult GCSEs and A-levels can be and I would like to make the process of studying and revising for exams as straight forward as I can for you.
Whatever your starting point I would love to help you achieve your goals.
ABOUT MY TEACHING STYLE:
I like to be flexible with my approach to teaching - since every student is different and will have varying levels of background knowledge. My aim when teaching is to breakdown complicated topics into simpler ones that my students can understand this will help them in tackling questions that they are likely to encounter in their exams helping them to pass. My view when it comes to teaching is to keep lessons as interactive as I can so that students stay engaged and not only leave with the knowledge necessary to successfully tackle their exams but have confidence and skills needed to do it effectively.
