As a scientist, my classes are always going to be analytical and engaging. I approach my teachings with flexible interaction with my students to give a laugh before getting initiation the subject discuss. With that I'm able to identify which of my students is having whatever challenges because learning can only be effective with a focused mind.
Moreso, I'm particularly interested in the ability of each student in a classroom. It's important for me to understand what method works best for which of my students rather than teaching randomly. Every child has a classroom different identity and ability.
