I am a passionate chess educator, FIDE-rated player, and Senior National Arbiter with over 30+ years of playing and coaching experience. As the Founder of Chess Sphere Global, my mission is to make quality chess education accessible to students of all ages and skill levels. I believe chess is much more than a game—it develops critical thinking, concentration, discipline, creativity, confidence, and decision-making skills that benefit students throughout their lives.
Over the years, I have worked with beginners, school students, competitive players, and adults, helping each student progress through structured and personalized training. My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, encouragement, and measurable improvement, ensuring that every learner enjoys the journey while achieving their individual goals.
I look forward to helping students across Canada and around the world discover the beauty of chess and reach their full potential.

Master chess through a structured, personalized learning program designed to build strong fundamentals, strategic thinking, tactical vision, and confidence. I am a FIDE-rated player and Senior National Arbiter with over 30 years of playing and coaching experience, offering engaging online chess lessons for children, adults, beginners, intermediate, advanced and tournament players.
Each lesson is carefully planned according to the student's age, current level, learning style, and goals. My structured curriculum covers opening principles, tactical patterns, calculation, middlegame planning, endgame techniques, positional understanding, practical decision-making, tournament preparation, game analysis, and psychological aspects of competitive chess.
Students receive regular assessments, homework, practice exercises, and personalized feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Whether your goal is to learn chess as a lifelong skill, improve your rating, prepare for school competitions, or compete in FIDE-rated tournaments, every lesson is designed to deliver measurable progress in an enjoyable and motivating environment.
Online lessons are available for students across Canada and internationally through Zoom or Google Meet.
