I have worked as a Team Leader and Claims Assessor at AIG and as a Researcher at the Universities of Bari, Napoli, Granada and Bogotá. I have participated in international projects utilizing excellent communication skills, I developed and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external staff. My teaching methodology is interactive/participative and content-focused methods. I like creating learning Stations, using task cards and interviewing students. Also I Like building rapport with students which I think is very important. The contact between students and teachers are vital to the students' success.
