About Rosemary
I am in my final weeks of my primary education degree in Canberra. I am passionate about supporting and facilitating growth in knowledge and exploring effective and meaningful ways of constructing this knowledge.
I have had years of experience working in children's services and within a classroom environment however, this is my first venture into tutoring. I have a working with vulnerable peoples card and am in application for my permit to teach as I am approaching course completion.
I believe I am adaptable and supportive within the learning process and will work hard to achieve desired student outcomes.

I approach lessons with immense planning around content, individual student considerations such as learning styles and interests, curriculum documents appropriate for age group and implementation of engaging activities and resources to transform their thinking.
I would ideally begin with a formative assessment piece where we gauge where the student is at, we identify learning goals and begin to undertake learning with reference to incorporating Bloom's Taxonomy in our consolidation of knowledge.

Negotiations of travel fees (out of local area) and multiple lesson package purchases can be discussed after first lesson.
