About Nora
I’m a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, majoring in Voice. I work with students preparing for auditions, competitions, and stage performances, helping them develop confidence and artistry. My lessons cover a wide range of styles, including Classical, Broadway, Pop-Rock, and Music Theatre. I focus on building strong diction, expanding vocal range, and improving vocal agility. Repertoire selection is tailored to each student’s goals, while dramatic interpretation brings their performances to life. I have experience working with school students, drama majors, and adult singers returning to music, adapting lessons to suit every learning pace. My teaching emphasises technique, stage presence, and expressive performance. I combine structured exercises with creative exploration to make learning both effective and inspiring. Students gain the skills and confidence to perform with authenticity and poise. I aim to nurture not only technical ability but also a deep love for singing. Together, we build a foundation that supports artistic growth and personal expression. Every lesson is designed to help students shine on stage and in every musical journey they pursue.

My singing lessons focus on developing pitch accuracy, expressiveness, and overall confidence. I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, helping beginners gain a strong foundation while guiding more advanced learners to refine their vocal performance. Different song styles—classical, pop, jazz, R&B, and more—are used to expand musicality and adapt techniques for each student. I emphasise breath control, tone quality, and phrasing to ensure students sing with clarity and emotion. Improvisation and stylistic interpretation are encouraged to help students connect with music personally. Lessons are structured to build confidence for solo performances, auditions, or casual singing. I integrate modern technology to enhance learning. Recording software allows students to hear themselves objectively, while ear training apps improve pitch recognition. Pitch correction tools guide accurate intonation and track progress over time. These tools make practice interactive, measurable, and motivating. I focus on creating a supportive environment where mistakes are learning opportunities, and curiosity is encouraged. Lessons combine technique, performance skills, and musical understanding. By the end of each session, students feel confident, expressive, and inspired to continue growing as singers.
