Hi, I’m a passionate guitar tutor with a BM in World Music, specializing in Guitar Traditions. I combine deep academic training with real-world experience in metal, shred, and progressive rock. My guitar teaching approach is centered on creativity and expression. I help students turn emotions and stories into original music using structured songwriting tools. We dive into techniques like fingerpicking, strumming patterns, and voice-leading to give each piece its own sound. I work especially well with The Blues Seeker and The Aspiring Rock Star. I help them build confidence while pushing their creativity forward. Song ideas are broken into clear steps, so the process stays fun and inspiring. I also encourage recording small demos to hear growth over time.
