About Juliana
I’m an English tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Global English and Intercultural Communication. My passion lies in teaching English as a second language through the lens of environmental activism and sustainability. I believe language can be a powerful tool for change, especially when discussing the future of our planet. My teaching approach focuses on using English in real-life, especially in online gaming and interactive spaces. I help students learn the words and phrases used in game chats, team communication, and reading game instructions. We also explore how to talk about gaming culture and express opinions clearly in English. I believe in learning by doing, so lessons include speaking, writing, and real examples from games.
