About Barbara
I bring more than 9 years of experience in Physics tutoring, supported by a degree in Physics with Materials Science. My passion is teaching astrophysics and cosmology, especially topics like stellar evolution, black holes, general relativity, and the Big Bang. These subjects often fascinate learners but can feel overwhelming at first. I simplify them using visual aids, analogies, and thought-provoking questions. Many of my students come from astronomy clubs or have ambitions in astrophysics. I create interactive lessons where curiosity is encouraged and critical thinking is developed. Students learn to see beyond formulas and understand the concepts behind them. I emphasize both clarity and creativity in my teaching. Each lesson builds confidence step by step, without losing sight of the bigger cosmic picture. My goal is to help learners see physics as a tool for exploration. I believe Physics should be taught as a process of discovery, not memorization. My teaching emphasizes experimental design, data analysis, error propagation, and scientific reporting. These elements show learners how science is practiced in real life. I create a gentle and reflective learning environment that values exploration. DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners find my lessons especially engaging. I encourage them to follow their curiosity while building solid skills. Lessons include practical examples and hands-on exercises. Data analysis is taught as a way to make sense of observations. Error propagation is introduced in simple steps, so students can manage it with confidence. Reporting is practiced as a way to tell the story of their findings.
