About Richard
I earned my Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry from Boston College. My discipline is statistical thermodynamics (both quantum mechanics and classical thermodynamics). I have several decades of teaching mostly chemistry, but also mathematics and physics at the university level. I've taught general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry and just about anything related. I have industrial experience as an analytical (environmental) and forensic chemist.

Lesson plans are not what you need on a sight like this. You have the lesson plans from your class. You need a tutor who will listen to where you need help, with experience to be able to work with your problems and questions "on the fly", and experience to give you pointers on how to improve based on your own comfort zones. I'm a patient tutor, well practiced at a variety of learning styles. I believe in understanding the principles, not just the details. Once you understand the background, you'll be stronger with the details.
