About Kirsty
As a singing teacher, I specialise in helping you build a strong vocal foundation and use proper technique, to help you find your voice and reach your maximum vocal potential. I mainly focus in Pop/R&B and Musical Theatre, but open to other genres.
Originating from Scotland, I moved to London in 2016 to pursue my musical ambitions. After receiving an Hons Degree in Vocal Performance from the British & Irish Modern Music Institute of London, alongside being a singing teacher, I am a session singer/ songwriter and artist and have been for over 3 years. I've received editorial recognition from the likes of Wonderland, The Line of Best Fit, BBC Introducing and more, and performed at venues such as 02 Shepherds Bush Empire, 02 Academy Islington and Under the Bridge. I look forward to using my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your singing goals, whatever they may be.

My two lesson length options are either a 45 minute lesson, or an hour long lesson. Both include 10 minutes at the beginning of each lesson, to go through all warm ups and scales necessary. The majority of my current students range from the age of 8 - 25 with limited or no previous vocal training/experience.
The lessons themselves will be entirely customised to your goals and ambitions of what you want to achieve with your voice. Whether you want to gain a bit more confidence and see how far your voice can go, or you have a deep passion and career path for singing/musical theatre, I can use specific exercises and techniques to help you achieve your goals.
