About YIRUI
I'm Cora, an enthusiastic educator with a passion for the Chinese language. I have studied Mandarin Broadcasting and Hosting and achieved excellent results in various competitions. Growing up with my mother, a seasoned Chinese language teacher, I developed a strong interest in Chinese from a young age.
I chose to become a Chinese teacher because I firmly believe that Chinese is a beautiful and important language, and I want to share my knowledge and experience with more people through teaching. My goal is to inspire students' confidence, establish their trust in me, and make them believe that I have the ability and passion to help them master Chinese.
I believe that everyone has the potential to learn and grow, and I aim to provide students with an encouraging and supportive learning environment where they can experience joy and achievement in their studies. I look forward to exploring the world of Chinese together with you and growing and progressing together.

I utilize an interactive teaching approach, emphasizing student participation and practical application. My courses typically aim to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to help students achieve better language proficiency. I integrate various teaching resources and activities, such as role-playing, games, discussions, and practical exercises, to enhance student engagement and interest in learning.
Typically, each class lasts for 60 minutes. However, I can flexibly adjust the length and content of the courses based on students' needs and progress.
As a tutor, I bring eight years of experience in Mandarin Broadcasting and Hosting, along with multiple competition awards, which have equipped me with rich language knowledge and teaching skills. Additionally, being a student at Monash University in Australia enables me to better understand and meet students' needs while effortlessly imparting Mandarin knowledge.
My courses cater to students of all levels and ages. I can tailor personalized courses based on students' needs and backgrounds. My students range from beginners to advanced levels, including teenagers and adults.
