I have over 50 years of cooking experience commercially and as an avid home cook for myself and my two adult children, (due to covid).
I can teach most dishes from scratch, stocks, sauces, liaisons, dressings, vinaigrettes, and vegetarian dishes.

I am not sure if these tutorials will be live or videos, I usually video/edit but I can present live, I pre-prep whether video or live, so no fiddling around where possible, as in the magic of TV. I,m direct and efficient regarding the right info, no fluffing around, and printable recipes will be available, all pre-researched and prooven. The length of the lesson will be determined by the complexity of the dish but approximately 30-45 minutes. My experience with teaching has been with live television and video in Australia, as in demonstration of dishes, I appeared on NZ ready steady cook for 3 seasons, and I have worked as a chef de cuisine, executive chef, contract food consultant, and food product developer for over 50 years.
