About Luyanda

I'm interested in this because I have seen many individuals don't know much about health and fitness, which comes with a lot of benefits because it reduces many sicknesses and chronic diseases and the mood of the person, confidence of the individuals.

About the lesson

I will be teaching and creating methods to help my students to be aware of the benefits of healthy and exercise physical activities in how to maintain risks of getting chronic disease. It also improves the mood of an individual.
