About Vanessa
My name is Vanessa and I am 34 years old. If I had to tell you about me I would say I am an entrepreneur, a travel lover, and most of all passionate about languages! I am half Spanish and half French, I was born in France but my mother is Spanish and I grew up speaking both languages. In 2016 I decided to move to Valencia in Spain where I lived for 6 years. I was teaching Spanish and French there but since I moved to Dublin I decided to teach Spanish only as this is my favorite language.

Learning a language through oral expression is the best way to do it. It's fun, useful, and gives you confidence. And this is all you need after all. Confidence and (a lot of) practice! In my classes, I like using thematic questions, short movies, pics, games, songs, the news, etc... We could also do role plays if you want to practice for an interview or in order to prepare for a trip to a Spanish-speaking country. Some of my favorite topics are travels, personal development, entrepreneurship, Australia... Let's talk about this if you want or tell me your favorite, I would love to hear about your passions! Grammar-wise: we of course see some grammar when you struggle with something and need it but this is not what the class is focused on, it's just a little part of it. :)
