About Hemant
I am an Engineer with Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from BIT.
I have also professionally managed an entire Institute and counselled students about their career and how to study effectively.
Currently I am preparing for Civil Services, therefore I have an extra exposure of the practical and outside world and a more integrative approach to the subject.

I teach on a practical basis i.e. I like to corelate the topics which are illustrated in books with real.life experiences.
I believe this gives student a more comprehensive and practical approach to understand a subject holistically.
In this way a student doesn't have to mug up a lot as he/she generally does.
I will.only be asking to mug up certain portions so as to applyit to subsequent chapters and topics.
I make my efforts to interconnect the different chapters to each other to give students a complete understanding of the subject.
I initially invest a lot of time in decoding the syllabus so as to make the students undeestand what are we going to study, why chapters hav been arranged in such order, what do we need to grasp from each chapter and what is the interlink between all the chapters. This makes easy to understand an entire subject at a macroscopic level.
