About Sam
Hello! My name is Sam and I have been teaching math to students of all ages for over five years. My teaching philosophy is to make learning as easy as possible. Depending on the student's needs, I tailor each of my classes to deliver the best results possible. I can't wait for us to begin this journey of learning with you! TO CONSIDER: PLEASE READ (VERY IMPORTANT!!): Before scheduling your first lesson with me, please send a message detailing what you would like for me to help you with so I may better prepare for the class. If there is no communication within 24 hours of an already scheduled lesson, lessons will be RESCHEDULED. I have 5+ years of teaching experience both in the classroom and in online modalities. I absolutely fell in love with teaching and continue to consider it as one of my greatest passions. My methodology is different for each student. After an initial meeting, I am able to custom each of my classes according to the needs of my students. Overall, I like to keep math lessons as simple as possible without adding in the "extra stuff" that mathematicians can sometimes get carried away with when teaching. The worst thing in the world is to feel inadequate and like a failure. Every single one of my students has gained confidence in their math skills and nothing gives me more joy than seeing you succeed.
