About Emilia
I am a student at Nottingham Trent university and am passionate about education and teaching. I am looking to go into secondary school teaching after my degree. I have experience teaching children with special needs and all secondary age children. I also have a background in performing arts. Due to being recently out of secondary education (2019) I have up to date knowledge of the curriculum and exam technique needed for new GCSE and A Level qualifications.

My teaching method is to generate an understanding through a collaborative effort between the student and I. Through asking them questions and applying knowledge to exam techniques, the student is able to gain a deep understanding and is able to apply their knowledge successfully in an exam scenario.
