About Andre
I am Andre Coetzee. I am a fighter. I do mixed martial arts, and I am also a boxer who coaches martial arts. I started coaching after I started going to my new gym, and since then I realised I have a gift for being able to help others improve, and since then I fell in love with wanting to help others be the best version of themselves possible.

Depending on whatever lesson you're getting from me that day, be it the fitness, yoga, skipping, exercises, or just the life coaching or health assistance, I assure you my lessons are easy and effective.
