About Sofia

I am a clinical counsellor specialized in wellness and creative expression. I am a trained dancer and self-taught abstract expressionist painter. I have an Honour's B.A. in Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health and various certificates in creative art, movement, and expressionism.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is rooted in exploration, play, and curiosity. I encourage every individual to follow the things that intrigue them and spark passion. My classes are for all ages and any level of artistic expression. My classes are structured, yet leave much room for exploration.
