About Melvena

I am a well qualified tutor with many years of administration experience and qualifications. I have worked in high pressure administrative environments as a leader or manager. As a training facilitator for administrative personnel I have taught 100's of students with excellent results in this field.

About the lesson

I base my classes on practical implementations of workable systems and leadership skills. Lessons will be one to one or groups of not more than 5 attendants.
I am an outcome based tutor with a focus on personal growth and development. Employees with good leadership skills will be able to solve problems and work effectively in high pressure environments.
